Morning Routine

Current morning routine, updated as of February 19, 2019.

The evening prior, have clothes for running, clothes for day, lunch and coffee prepared. When possible, also ensure that all laundry is folded and put away, and dishes are washed and dishwasher is emptied.

I am currently on a combination ketogenic and intermittent fasting diet. The fish oil, MCT oil and heavy cream are the only calories I ingest between the hours of 7:00 pm and 1:00 pm. The goal is for carbs to stay below 25 grams over the day.
